not so Wordless Wednesday -Survivor secrets!

So another Season of Survivor is over. I was sad to see Amanda lose. Again! On the other hand, I was passively cheering on the biggest flirt of Survivor, Parvati. Michael works with Parvati's mom, so it was cool to see her on an episode where they brought in family members for a reward challenge. Watching her win was pretty cool, too, and Michael remarked laughingly that 'Gayle probably won't be in to work tomorrow!' I said I'd be surprised if she didn't take a long vacation.

She didn't. She came into the office for a little while yesterday to visit & talk. Michael came home with the coolest insider info- These are what she said- I cannot verify these claims(and realize she is going to try & make her daughter look good- I know I would!)

1. Parvati lost the final immunity challenge on purpose so she wouldn't have to choose who goes with her to the final two. I can totally believe that, as she always made sure she was tops in every alliance she made, and knew Amanda and Cirie would both choose her. I think it's why she actually won.

2. Parvati really did look for the idol when she went to exile island- and found it, but left it there since she wouldn't need it. I rolled my eyes when Michael told me that, because surely they would have shown that on tv. Not the 'Oh this is like a little vacation- I'm just laying out getting a tan while I'm here!*giggle* We don't need the idol, so why should I tire myself out looking for it?'. So I really doubt that one..

3. Everyone on the show gets some money. The first person voted off gets $3,000 and it goes up from there. Amanda didn't go home empty handed- she got $100,000 from this season.(Plus Ozzie- yum!) I think they should tell us this. I always get so upset when I think someone should have won. I wouldn't be nearly so sad if I'd known that they actually do get paid!

Adieu to the best Survivor season EVAH! Seriously, if you didn't watch, go to CBS.com & watch them all interrupted. Such great entertainment! I'm off to see if Parvati wants a personal assistant before she leaves ATL again!
